Terms & Conditions. This contract is made and entered into on the date of purchase between JusMoneyEnterprises and the purchaser of a tradeline spot as described below: 1. Description of Services: Seller is providing the Buyer with the opportunity to purchase a tradeline spot, for a period of up to 90 days, on one of its tradelines. Seller will add the Buyer to the tradeline upon receipt of upfront payment and will provide proof of the add. Seller does not guarantee a specific timeframe for the posting of the tradeline, but if two billing cycles or 60 days have passed, Seller will offer a refund. 2. Payment: Buyer agrees to pay the full amount upfront, as agreed upon by both parties, before the tradeline is added. Payment must be made through an accepted payment method as designated by Seller. 3. Refund Policy: If the tradeline is not posted within two billing cycles or 60 days, whichever comes first, Seller will offer a refund to the Buyer. 4. Buyer's Responsibilities: Buyer agrees to provide accurate personal information to Seller, including full legal name and social security number. Buyer is solely responsible for any negative impact on their credit score resulting from their use of the tradeline. 5. Limitation of Liability: Seller shall not be liable to Buyer for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Contract or the use of the tradeline, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business or data, or damage to reputation. 6. Entire Agreement: This Contract represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. 7. Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Seller is located. 8. Amendment: This Contract may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties. 9. Assignment: This Contract shall not be assigned by either party without the written consent of the other party. 10. Counterparts: This Contract may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
